No. Customers order inside WhatsApp, which they already have. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
Nine: English, Hindi (हिन्दी), Bengali (বাংলা), Telugu (తెలుగు), Marathi (मराठी), Tamil (தமிழ்), Gujarati (ગુજરાતી), Kannada (ಕನ್ನಡ) and Malayalam (മലയാളം). The bot detects the language a customer writes in, and they can change it any time.
No. UPI payments go straight to your shop’s own UPI ID through a QR code or pay link. There is no payment gateway in between and no commission.
